QUALIFICATIONS
Stark Preservation Planning is solely operated by its principal, William E. (Will) Stark. Will has experience conducting all phases of historic preservation planning, including research, survey, documentation, assessment of effects, and mitigation. Over the past decade, he has conducted a wide variety of research, survey, and consulting projects in historic preservation and architectural history. Rural farmsteads, grain elevators, industrial facilities, bridges, cemeteries, schools, big-city and small-town commercial buildings and houses, are among the resources types that Will has studied and evaluated.
